Indian Gradient Nail Art

26 April 2013

For today's design I created a gradient using pink, orange and gold.

Nautical Stripes Nail Art

22 April 2013

For today's post, I have a striped nail art look... something nautical. I remembered pinning something months ago that I loved and I recreated the manicure from memory. I did find the link to the original post for this design and it turns out my memory wasn't super accurate! My manicure is a little different from the original, but its definitely inspired by this tutorial by The Beauty Department.

Turquoise & Pink Explosive Nail Art

18 April 2013

Hey everyone! For today's manicure I use scotch tape to create an explosion design. I learnt this technique and design from the Explosion Tutorial by Nailside. Jane's tutorials are amazing and her blog is one of the first that I started following. Her blog has been a huge inspiration for me to start my own and I have been meaning to try out some of her tutorials!

Squares Nail Art

16 April 2013

Hey everyone! I kind of went crazy with striping tape for today's post... and I ended up with lots of tiny squares!

Cherry Blossoms Nail Art

8 April 2013

For today's post, I have Cherry Blossoms on a beautiful gradient background. I was inspired by Natalie from Nailz Craze, specifically her Sakura Blossom Nail Art post. I was instantly inspired by the colours and the overall design that I pretty much copied a lot of it! Although her's is much more delicate with the details and has a nice sparkle, which I decided to skip.

It is so PERFECT for spring! I am in LOVE with the colours and how delicate the entire manicure looks!

Rainbow Rhinestones Nail Art

3 April 2013

Hey everyone! Hope you all had a good long weekend... because I sure did! I am clearly super late in posting this week's challenge but better late than never, right?

So this week's manicure looks simple enough but it is super time consuming! I used my rhinestones for the first time since I ordered them from eBay a couple months ago. Picking up the little buggers with tweezers and sticking them on was quite tedious but I am happy with the final result.
